| The product is great. Forget about contacting the seller. I wanted color, my mistake, Ready to buy color and did. They would never acknowledge any emails or anything, I'm up to my third reqwuest with no answers. Amazon, says yeah we got the emails, but apparently they don't do anything about this stuff either when you want to make a simple exchange. I'm still waiting,, They will probably get back and say it's past thirty days NOw, And I started the day I got it !! Sad , no wonder ! |

| Search for the other HP 2727 items on Amazon. These multifunction centers would be great, if they didn't die. I have had two die in a little over a year. Same death. Others have had 3 or 4 replacements from HP. I love HP's, but these are horrible. |
